Prices and VAT
ImseVimse AB is a Swedish registered company. 
Prices for all products on this website include Swedish VAT of 25%. If you are purchasing outside of the European Union, we will deduct Swedish VAT of 25% from your purchase. However, once your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for any custom taxes, duties and handling fees that are incurred at customs in your own country. Please note, should you decide to return your purchase to us, we cannot refund any custom taxes, duties or handling fees that have been incurred.

When you order to a country outside European Union Swedish VAT is withdrawn in the shopping cart. The prices changes when fill in your delivery details.


Delivery
We handle your order between 1-5 business days. Delivery time varies depending on country and courier service.


Terms of delivery
The cost of shipping is calculated according to where your live. If you are purchasing from Sweden, your shipping rate is 29 SEK (approx 3 EUR). If you are purchasing inside of the European Union, the shipping rate is 49 SEK (approx 5 EUR) and if you are purchasing outside of the European Union the shipping rate is 79 SEK (approx 8 EUR).


Delivery method
If your order fits into an envelope it will be sent by Post. Packages will be sent to you by Post or by FedEx depending on where you live.


Payment
You can pay your orders with PayPal or Stripe. We use a secure payment system.

Exchange and refund

We offer a full exchange and refund policy on any unused items returned within 14 days. There may be a price deduction that corresponds to the product’s depreciation if the product is used or damaged. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

If you change your mind and want a refund please contact ImseVimse on email or phone. In both cases, you pay the cost of returning the items to us.


Uncollected packages
We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling resulting from unpacked packages (return shipping, expedition costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 10 EURO if a package is not collected. The shipment is being held at the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you want to undo a purchase and wish to return the item, you will first need to pick up the package and then return as described above.

Complaints

Do you feel that you have bought a defect product? When a customer wants to cancel a product purchased from ImseVimse’s website, we create a case with the order number that the customer received at the time of purchase. We only accept complaints relating to manufacturing errors. In case of complaints, the customer sends the wrong item to ImseVimse’s production department, describing what is wrong / has gone wrong with the product. The production department then tests the problem description and evaluates the results to see if there is any defect in the product. If there is a manufacturing defect on the product, ImseVimse grants the complaint and offers either refund of the item or change to an equivalent product of the same value – however, these are ImseVimse’s terms of service/conditions. If the order was made from our retailers through a store or website other than ImseVimse’s websites (www.imsevimse.se, www.imsevimse.co.uk, www.imsevimse.com, www.imsevimse.fr, www.imsevimse.de), please contact the store or the website that you purchased the product – as they may have other terms of purchase and warranty.

Complaints are sent to the same address as the return address. Return the item together with the receipt, as well as with details of your complaint/reason why the item has been returned. Don’t forget to attach your phone number. We are responsible for return shipping on complaints.
